Real Estate Contracts - 3 Hours, $19
In this course, students will cover a wide range of contracts from general to real estate specific. There is additional information covered pertaining to legal documents and their application to the real estate contract.
Ethics and Standards of Conduct - 3 hours, $19
The ethics course provides an understanding of ethics and the application of ethical procedures in real estate and the workplace. The course will also encompass the requirements of the NAR Code of Ethics.
Fair Housing - 3 Hours, $19
This course gives an overview of the federal Fair Housing Act as well as other anti-discrimination laws that affect real estate. In addition, this course will cover those penalties behind violations of the FHA.
Legal Updates and Emerging Trends - 4 Hour, $19
This course reviews Virginia specific real estate rules and regulations. Topics included in this course: license renewal in Virginia, record and file maintenance, protection of the client and the broker.
Real Estate Agency - 3 Hours, $19
In the agency specific course, students will cover the agency agreement between salespersons and their Broker assigned client. In addition, the course covers the fiduciary relationship between the broker and employees.

2 After you receive your username and password, listen to all course materials and complete all exercises.
3 Once you are finished, print affidavit for notarization.
4 Upon receipt of the affidavit, we will notify the Real Estate Commission of any training you completed.
