| Reciprocity |
Vermont does not have reciprocal agreement with any other state |
| Examinations: |
- The testing company is PSI and can be contacted at (800) 733-9267
- The exam fee is $55
- Test is divided into two sections, National and State, which comprises 110 questions
- 4 hour time limit for both sections
- Topics on the uniform portion of the exam include property ownership, land use control and regulations, valuation and market analysis, financing, laws of agency, mandated closures, contracts, transfer of property, practice of real estate, and real estate calculations.
- Topics on the state portion of the exam includelicensing, escrow accounts, disclosure requirements, agency definitions and relationships, Virginia fair housing law and regulations, specific acts pertaining to real estate practice
