| Reciprocity |
The Utah Real Estate Commission has entered into reciprocal agreement with the following states:
- Colorado
- Idaho
- Georgia
- Montana
- Wyoming

| Examinations: |
- The testing company is Pearson Vue and can be contacted at (800) 733-9267
- The exam fee is $59
- Test is divided into two sections, General and State, which comprises 130 questions
- hour time limit for both sections
- Topics on the general portion of the exam include property ownership, land use control and regulations, valuation and market analysis, financing, laws of agency, mandated closures, contracts, transfer of property, practice of real estate, and real estate calculations.
- Topics on the state portion of the exam include licensing requirements, licensing procedures, disciplinary actions, real estate education, trust accounts, contracts, disclosure requirements
