Tennessee Core Course - 4 Hours - $29
This course satisfies the 2009-2010 Core requirement from the state of Tennessee. This course will cover Tennessee Real Estate Commission laws, rules and policy updates, contract contingencies and disclosures, and duties of the managing broker.
Agency - 4 Hours, $19
In the agency specific course, students will cover the agency agreement between salespersons and their Broker assigned client. In addition, the course covers the fiduciary relationship between the broker and employees.
Ethics - 4 Hours, $19
The ethics course provides an understanding of ethics and the application of ethical procedures in real estate and the workplace. The course will also encompass the requirements of the NAR Code of Ethics.
Fair Housing- 4 Hours, $19
This course gives an overview of the federal Fair Housing Act as well as other anti-discrimination laws that affect real estate. In addition, this course will cover those penalties behind violations of the FHA.

2 After you receive your workbook, read all course materials and complete all exercises.
3 Once you are finished, submit the study log documenting hours and course completion.
4 Upon receipt of the log, we will notify the Real Estate Commission of any training you completed.
