  • The test is administered by AMP and can be reached at 1-800-345-6559 or register online at http://www.goamp.com/default.htm
  • exam fee is $95
  • The exam consists of 2 sections, a 140 question multiple choice section and a simulation section
  • 3 1/2 hour time limit on each section
  • Must receive a 75% or higher to pass
  • Topics in the multiple choice section include listing property, selling property, property management, settlement, transfer of ownership, professional responsibilities, state laws and regulations
  • Topics covered in the simulation include ethics, negotiations, document preparation, fair housing, environmental issues representation of services, valuation, advertising, finance, agency relationships, non agency relationships, disclosures, property representations, trust accounts, training, supervision of licensees, and risk management
