License Education:

Pre-licensing 

  • 150 hour prelicensing course

Post Licensing

  • 30 hour advanced principles of real estate course
Continuing Education:
  •  30 hours of continuing education must be completed every two years
Other Requirements:
    Applications:To apply, contact the state of  Oregon (503) 378-4170. There is a $125 application fee that must be submitted with the application.
    Reciprocity

     

    Examinations:
    • The testing company is PSI and can be contacted at (800) 733-9267
    • The exam fee is $ 85
