- The testing company is AMP and be reached at 1-800-345-6559 or register online at http://www.goamp.com/default.htm
- The exam fee is $110.00
- The exam is divided into two sections, state national and a time limit of 3 1/2 hours
- requires a 80% to pass the national portion and a 70% to pass the state portion
- Topics on the national portion include listing property, selling property, property management, settlement, transfer of ownership, financing, professional responsibilities, fair practice administration
- Topics on the state portion include duties and powers of the real estate commission, license requirements, activities of licensees, out of state/subdivided land, securities, fair housing laws, closing statements
