- The exam fee is $91.00
- The exam takes 3 1/2 hours to complete
- Requires a 80% to pass
- The test consists of twelve simulation problems
- Topics included in the simulation include ethics, negotiations, document preparation, fair housing, environmental issues, representation of services, valuation, advertising, finance, agency relationships, non agency relationships, disclosures (including stigmatized property), property representations, trust accounts, training of licensees, supervision of licensees, risk management
