- The testing company is Pearson Vue (888) 204-6289
- The exam fee is $60
- The exam is divided in to two sections, general and state sections with a 3 hour time limit and consists of 120 questions
- Topics on the general portion include business practice and ethics, agency, property, property valuation and the appraisal process, real estate sales contracts, financing, closing/settlement and transferring title, property management
- Topics on the state portion of the exam include ownership/transfer, licensing, activities of licensees, finance/settlement, leasing and property management
