The following is all the information needed for obtaining a salesperson license and how At Home Prep can help pass the state exam!
License Education:Pre-license
- 63 hour sales person course approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission
- 45 hour sales person "post licensing" course within the first year of obtaining the license
- 14 hours of continuing education course work within 2 years
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Must submit finger prints through Pearson Vue
To apply, contact the state of Florida at (850) 487-1395. There is an $105 application fee that must be submitted with the application.

Florida currently holds a "mutual recognition" agreement with the following states

- Oklahoma

- The exam fee is $31.50
- 3 1/2 hour time limit
- Score of 75% must be achieved
