	Applying to get your License Applications are distributed by the testing company upon passing the state exam
	Reciprocity Agreements Arizona currently does not have "specific" reciprocal agreements with other states. If a license has been issued in another state, the ADEP will determine what courses and tests need to be taken in order to satisfy the state requirements.

	Exam Details The exam is administered by Prometric and can be reached at (800) 899-4091 The exam fee is $90 The exam is divided in to two sections, state and national sections with a 3 1/2 hour time limit Topics on the *national* portion include business practice and ethics, agency, property, property valuation and the appraisal process, real estate sales contracts, financing, closing/settlement and transferring title, property management Topics on the *state* portion of the exam include ownership/transfer, licensing, activities of licensees, finance/settlement, leasing and property management
